Morgan County Celebration Arena in Decatur, Alabama, is the show site for 4 specialties (7 shows total), November 5-8. Shetland Sheepdog Club of Greater Birmingham will host the Thursday show with judge Sulie Greendale-Paveza (Breed) and the Friday show with judge Mark Houston-McMillan (Breed). Shetland Sheepdog Club of North Alabama will host the Saturday show with judge Guy Jeavons (Breed). SSC of North Alabama will have the Sunday show, hosted by Decatur Alabama Kennel Club, with judge Brenda Miramon (Breed).

On Friday, November 6, Tampa Bay Area Shetland Sheepdog Club plays host for a doubleheader at Florida Classic Park in Brooksville, Florida. The A.M. judges are Victoria Piccirillo (Breed), Deborah Neufeld (Obedience and Rally), and Janet Barber (Sweeps). The P.M. judges are Robert Piccirillo (Breed) and Deborah Neufeld (Obedience and Rally).

On Saturday and Sunday, November 7-8, Central New York Shetland Sheepdog Club will have two shows at the Syracuse Obedience Training Center in Syracuse, New York. Saturday's judges are Jo Ann Pavey (Breed), Bree Ardizzone (Juniors), Joanne Chaplek (Sweeps), Marie-Johanne Cloutier (A.M. Obedience, P.M. Rally), and Lori Moffa (A.M. Rally, P.M. Obedience). Sunday's judges are Susan Abraham (Breed and Juniors), Candace Ardizzone (Sweeps), and Marie-Johanne Cloutier (Obedience and Rally).

On Saturday, November 7, Shetland Sheepdog Club of Anchorage will have its show at the Alaska State Fairgrounds in Palmer, with judge Glenda Henson (Breed).

On Sunday, November 8, Shetland Sheepdog Club of Hawaii will have its show at Thomas Square in Honolulu, with judge Melanie Williams (Breed).

It was another day of back-to-back specialties yesterday, this time in Pennsylvania. At the morning specialty, judge Jane Howard chose GCH Solange Valedictorian as her Best of Breed. This sable and white dog is sired by GCH PaRay's Cambridge out of GCH Solange Significant. He was bred by and is owned by Linda Nicholas.

Then in the afternoon, judge Beverly Llewellyn chose the class dog, Ilemist As It Should Be, as her Best of Breed. This sable and white dog is sired by CH Ilemist As You Like It out of CH Cimmaron High Maintenance. He was bred by Julie Desy, Mary Christensen and Susan Worsham and is owned by Julie Desy and Kim Furlong.

Shows closing Wednesday, September 30

There are three shows closing at two locations.

On Saturday and Sunday, October 17-18, Triangle Shetland Sheepdog Club of North Carolina plays host for two shows at the APS Felicite Latane Animal Sanctuary in Mebane, North Carolina, with judges Nioma Coen (Breed, Juniors), Russell Hornfisher (Obedience both days, Herding Group dogs only), Lori Canaday (Sweeps), Marcia Bittner (Breed, Juniors), and Greg Ungano (Sweeps). There will also be a Rally Trial for Herding Group dogs only on Friday, October 16 with judge Jodi LaBombard.

On Saturday, October 17, Shetland Sheepdog Club of Northern California will have its show at Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton, California, with judges Rick Thompson (Breed), Alvin Eng (Obedience), and Debbie Majewski (Sweeps).

There are five shows closing at two locations on Wednesday, June 24, 2015. On Friday - Monday, July 10-13, four of those shows will take place at Timber Linn Park in Albany, Oregon. The Friday and Saturday shows are hosted by Pacific Northwest Shetland Sheepdog Club with judges Carl Skinner (Breed), Curt Allen Curtis (Obedience), Patricia Skinner (Breed), and Karla Curtis (Obedience). The Sunday and Monday shows are hosted by Emerald Empire Shetland Sheepdog Club with judges Hector Hector (Breed), Gary Whitmore (Juniors), Karla Curtis (Obedience), Meredith Hector (Breed), Lorraine Still (Juniors), and Nancy Olson Handgraaf (Sweeps).

There are four shows, at two show sites, closing on February 25. Also on Saturday and Sunday, March 21-22, Greater St. Louis Shetland Sheepdog Club will host its shows at the Westinn Kennel Building in Wentzville, Missouri. Saturday's judges are Kim Schive (Breed), Rita Von Pusch (Sweeps), and Michael Carlucci (Obedience). Sunday's judges are Randall Sheets (Breed), Connie Giacinto (Sweeps), and Michael Carlucci (Obedience).

Born March 5 to Shazadar’s Wildwest Made You Look (AKC ptd) and Ch Wildwest A Distant Shimmer were one bi blue male, one bi black male, and one blue CHW. On March 27, we had four more puppies, all bi-blacks. The two males and two females were born to Wildwest Blue Moon o’Shelgrande AKC Ptd) and out of Blue Heavens the Last Rose. The third litter was born April 4 to Ch Kismet’s Cadeneaux Silver Lining out of Widwest Aria: three bi-blue males and one bi-black female. These litters are futurity nominated.
